I went to see the kitty doctor on Wed, Sep. 12.

The doc said I look really good, have a nice coat, my teeth are in good shape, and my heart and lungs feel good.

I weigh 4.3 Kg (or 9.6 pounds).

Mommy doesn't want to vaccinate me because she is cheap, but the doc told her she really should, especially if I go outside, because we foster street cats.
I don't want to be poked, but I also don't want to get sick!

Oh, and mommy had to ask them to check my microchip. Took them a minute to find it with the scanner, but yuep- it's still in there.

Oh- and the day after my appointment, I heard mommy saying that she thinks I'm not stressed as much any more cuz I hadn't peed on stuff for a couple of days (I've been peeing on mommy's clothes and daddy's towels, etc). So I backed my ass up to a corner of the living room right in front of her, vibrated my tail up high and sprayed the entire contents of my bladder onto the wall!

Who says only unneutered males can spray? *proud*

So there have been strange things in my house for the last couple of weeks. They kinda look like me, but they are way smaller and they smell funny. There is another one that looks like me that is bigger, but not as big as me and I think the little things are her toys because she got really freaky whenever was near them.

Now after a bit of time, she is willing to let me look at her toys, but I'm not allowed to play with them. It's weird- they aren't normal toys- they are fuzzy and like small versions of the other cat and they move around on their own. They bump into eachother and climb around now. Actually, sometimes the toys try to play with ME! That is just too weird and I always run away when that happens.

The other kitty doesn't really like me :(
I try to play with her and she just lays there and yells at me. It's funny though because sometimes she runs away and I chaaaassse her all the way until she stops and yells at me some more. Sometimes I'm not even doing anything and she growls at me when I go to walk by her. I am being so nice- I let her eat my food and use my sandbox and help her feel welcome by being polite, but for some reason it's just not enough.

Mommy says if she gets really good and we become really good friends, she will stay for good. That's why I want her to like me! I want a friend. The good news is mommy says that if I don't make really good friends with her, maybe I can make better friends with another one later. So yay- mommy wants me to have a friend too.

So sorry I haven't posted lately, but I've been keeping and eye on the weird things going on here.

I like sticking my head in things and meowing.
Just last night, I meowed in a paper bag. Last week, I meowed into a plastic bag! And today, I meowed into mommy's closet. And a couple of weeks ago, I did a whole symphony in daddy's jacket. Mommy and daddy busted a lung at that one.

My favourite is meowing into cardboard boxes- especially if they are too small for me to fit into.
